Ich habe den Ceremonial Tee und den Premium Tee gekauft und ich kann für beide Teesorten sagen kann, dass es Preis-Leistung der beste Tee ist, den ich je getrunken habe. Ein dicker Daumen auch hoch für die Verpackung (den Beutel als Schutz vor Chemikalien) vom Ceremonial Tee! Das war definitiv eine Kaufentscheidung für mich mit! Weiter so, ich bin neuer Stammkunde :-)

Tee ist gut ABER

Die Verpackung ist eine Katastrophe. Dauert ewig an den Tee zu kommen. Unsexy. Kaufe ich nie mehr.

PS:

Wir haben uns in der Vergangenheit viele Gedanken zur Verpackung gemacht. Viele Mitbewerber geben den Matcha Tee einfach in eine Blechdose ohne Aromaschutz. Wir haben uns die Dosen genauer angesehen und kamen zu dem Schluss, dass der Tee nicht direkt mit dem Metall in Berührung kommen sollte. Die Dosen kommen meistens aus China und wenn man sie mit Alkohol reinigt, ist das Tuch grau bis schwarz.

Für unseren Matcha Ceremonial aus Japan wollten wir die beste Qualität auch in der Verpackung. Unser Ceremonial wird von vielen Kunden als der beste Ceremonial beschrieben. Die zusätzliche Papiertüte ist zugegeben etwas umständlich, dafür wird die Qualität des Tees nicht beeinträchtigt. Diesen Arbeitsschritt machen wir auch in der Manufaktur. Die Goldtüte gibt es leider nur in dieser Größe. Wenn Du ihn aufmachst, schneide oben etwas ab, damit Du mit dem Löffel besser hineinkommst. So machen wir es mit anderen Verpackungen auch.

Außerdem ist unsere Verpackung noch extrem nachhaltig, da diese schöne Dose wiederverwendet werden kann. Der Innendeckel ist auch noch ein zusätzlicher Aromaschutz.

Bei Deiner Bewertung kommt leider der Tee viel zu kurz.

All steps to produce our Organic Matcha Ceremonial Grade are carried out traditionally. After careful harvesting, the tea leaves are removed from stems and leaf veins. Tencha is the basis of Matcha tea powder. It is steamed, gently air-dried and ground into a fine powder in granite mills.

Finally, the powder is freshly filled for you in our in-house organic certified factory in Berlin.

The highest quality of matcha tea is the ceremonial quality. Our high-quality organic Matcha Ceremonial Grade is a real treat for the palate. The intense jade green tea powder tastes slightly nutty and becomes particularly creamy when prepared correctly.

To prepare this premium tea drink for yourself, take some matcha powder from the tea tin into a matcha bowl - a cup also works here. Then pour it over with a small sip of hot water. The temperature should be between 60 and 80 degrees, not higher. Then stir the powder with a bamboo whisk and pour in the remaining water.
